What is Irak'i MD Vincent de Paul?

It is the organisation of Madagascan Vincentian volunteers. AIC-Madagascar consists of 14 groups in the capital and in the southern part of the country, bringing together 140 volunteers. Like all Vincentian volunteers across the world, we respond to the various forms of poverty, wherever we live, through local actions and projects based on real knowledge about our beneficiaries and their culture. We promote the active participation of the most vulnerable people in the implementation of these actions and projects.
